Not at the moment, but I'm open for other suggestions.

The policy could evolve over time and coming up with something
shouldn't be too complicated.

A couple of potential sponsors are currently waiting for a response
and we could offer them the following:

10000 EUR/year: Logo shown at bottom of homepage,
                Logo, link and self description at
                www.privoxy.org/sponsors/ 
 1000 EUR/year: Logo appears randomly at bottom of homepage,
                Logo, link and self description at
                www.privoxy.org/sponsors/ 
  500 EUR/year: Logo and link at
                www.privoxy.org/sponsors/

With logo sizes depending on the sponsor level.
Each developer can veto a potential sponsor.

We could then put these rules on the website and evaluate at the
end of the year if we should adjust them, for example because
no new sponsor was found.
