Does your mirror (still) receive a noticeable amount of traffic
now that the packages can be downloaded from our website?

It occurred to me a while a go that visitors of our website are
likely to prefer to download Privoxy from our website as well and
if the website is down they probably can't use your mirror either
(unless they bookmarked the address).
