The steps left to do are (out of my head):

- Update the ChangeLog
- Check spelling
- Regenerate the documentation
- Test
- Write the announcement
- Tag CVS
- Generate, test and upload source tarball
- Generate, test and upload packages
- Update website(s)
- Announce

Is there something specific in the list above you want
to do besides packaging for Windows?

As the work is pretty boring, I would not mind sharing it and
it would be useful to confirm that more than one person is able
to do it anyway.
