    Homepage: Stop suggesting to download Privoxy from SourceForge
    
    Users that can reach https://www.privoxy.org/ should be able
    to download Privoxy from there as well.
    
    More importantly SourceForge is covered with annoying "AI" ads
    that constantly change ids.
