ChangeLog: Call commits 5b3bb22b77 and 4963aa4f08 "security improvements"
... for now. Calling them "security fixes" implied that the alleged
issues are actually present in the current code base which is currently
unclear (to me).
Calling them security improvements seems correct either way.
